Bank Senior Support Worker at Plas Cae CrwnSalary: £14.04 per hour

Shift times: bank 0 hour contract – as/when needed in service

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Plas Cae Crwn. You will work with older people in residential care, helping to deliver high‐quality support to our service users. You will use care technology, write care plans and support the team to deliver the service.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with service users, family, friends and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate care plans, including writing up notes and updates.

Keep the Line Manager up to speed with residents' needs and progress.

Follow guidelines and policies and support the team to achieve best outcomes.

Qualifications

Previous experience working with older people in residential care.

Flexible, patient, caring, organised and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Completed or working towards QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
