The OpportunityWe're looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow within the US Tech market, specializing in ERP, Cloud, or Data. You'll receive full training, hands‐on support from experienced recruiters, and the opportunity to build a successful career alongside some of the best in the industry.

ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of your 360 desk in the booming US Tech market, specializing in high‐demand areas like Data, Cloud, and ERP. Partner with some of the most exciting tech companies across the US from hyper‐growth start‐ups to established enterprise clients, building relationships that last. Discover and deliver elite tech talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement in both permanent and contract roles. Collaborate closely with leadership, helping to shape our growth strategy and influence the future direction of the US Tech team. RequirementsYou're early in your recruitment career and ready to build something bigger. Whether you've already had exposure to a 180 or 360 desk, or you've worked in sales and want to break into recruitment, you're ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success. An interest in Data, Cloud, or ERP recruitment is a huge plus. You're eager to learn the US Tech market, understand what top‐tier talent looks like, and develop into a trusted specialist within your space. Target‐driven with a growth mindset. You're motivated by progression, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to build strong client and candidate relationships while learning from high performers around you. Self‐motivated and eager to develop. You're confident taking initiative, open to feedback, and excited by the chance to work in a fast‐paced, high‐performance environment. Strong communication and relationship‐building skills. You're confident speaking with people, asking the right questions, and building trust, whether that's with candidates, clients, or your own team.
