We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our growing team in Solihull. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

What you'll be doingProviding personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistanceSupporting with medication prompts and administrationPreparing nutritious meals and assisting with eating and drinkingProviding companionship and emotional supportLight housekeeping and laundry dutiesAccompanying clients to appointments and social activitiesMonitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeingMaintaining accurate care records and documentationWorking closely with families and healthcare professionals
