Hours Part-time, flexible. 20 hours per week, must include evenings and weekends when required. Including participation in the on‐call rota.Salary TBC.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Carer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding care staff.Key Responsibilities Completing spot checks to ensure high standards of care deliveryConducting client reviews and updating care plansCompleting medication administration sign‐offCarrying out care calls when requiredParticipating in the on‐call rotaSupporting the coordination team; experience in coordinating is preferredRequirements Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (essential)Strong understanding of person‐centered careExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirableIf you are committed, reliable, and ready to take the next step in your career in care, we would love to hear from you.
