What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a graduate who is at the very start of their career and eager to build a future in a creative, commercial environment. A degree is essential for this role, but the subject is flexible.
You'll be someone with a naturally imaginative and creative mindset, combined with excellent written communication skills. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so no prior bid writing experience is required—just the right attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
About the RoleWe're excited to be recruiting for a Bid and Content Executive to join a small, dynamic team within a growing Facilities Management business specialising in soft services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who has strong writing skills and is looking to develop within a creative, commercial environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting the business to secure new contracts across both public and private sectors, working on high-value bids with well‐known UK and international brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, editing, and proofreading high-quality bid responsesTailoring submissions to meet client specifications and evaluation criteriaManaging deadlines and coordinating multiple bid submissionsMaintaining and updating the bid content libraryCollaborating with subject matter experts to gather key information and best practice examples
About YouDegree educated (essential)Strong written and communication skillsGCSE English (Grade C / Level 5 or above)Creative, detail‐oriented, and highly organisedAble to use initiative and manage workload effectivelyNo prior bid writing experience required – full training provided
