Job OverviewWe are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care. We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Meadowlark Care Home for 38.5 hours.

Responsibilities

Frontline engagement with residents, encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure they live with purpose and connection.

Participate in person‐centred activities, outings and events; promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.

Ensure the highest quality, person‐centred care for all residents – supporting the delivery of each individual care plan.

Promote independence and choice of residents; ensure their voice is heard through all elements of care and support.

Assist with personal care, promote positive mealtime experiences, support meaningful activities, create 1:1 meaningful moments.

QualificationsAn essential aspect of the role is upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion. You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi‐disciplinary team. Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
