Location: Irwell Street, Bury, BL9 0HE
Contract type: Part time shifts working 8am‐2pm or 2pm‐8pm
Rate: £12.71 per hour

As a Health Care Assistant you'll be part of a supportive team and help make every day better for the people we support. You'll help adults living with complex care needs live their best lives while developing valuable skills and experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new team in a state‐of‐art, purpose‐built home, giving you the chance to make a real difference.
Jubilee Heights is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the country's leading nursing care providers. The home will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.
Responsibilities
Support people with personal care
Assist people at meal times
Understand individual health and wellbeing needs
Encourage and support people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
Complete and maintain care records
We have higher‐than‐average staffing levels, giving you more time to spend with the people you support.
Qualifications & attributes
Relevant experience and qualifications are valued but not essential.
