x2 Part Time Support Workers (Residential/Care) Employer: SupportabilityLocation: Cheadle, Greater ManchesterPay: £13.45 per hourContract Type: PermanentHours: Part Time (flexible) – evenings, weekends and bank holidaysDisability Confident: NoClosing Date: 16/05/2026Role Overview Supportability is looking for part‐time Support Workers to join our team at Cheddle Lodge, a 13‐bed home providing person‐centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities.Responsibilities Provide person‐centred care and support daily routines for residents.Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and carers.Promote independence and help residents live a full and active life.Provide excellent standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment.Qualifications Experience in care, including with people with disabilities.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and basic IT skills.Willingness to work flexibly – evenings, weekends and bank holidays.Current right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo DBS check.Benefits Double pay for bank holidays.30 days holiday rising to 40 days with service (inclusive of bank holidays and pro rata for part time staff).Occupational Sick Pay.Healthcare Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme.Pension.Opportunities for progression and development via relevant qualifications.Commitment to Diversity and Safeguarding Supportability is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
