Qualifications

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK

Experience working within a care home

Night Care Assistant @ 48 hours per week to include alternative weekends

Bank Care Assistant – flexibility to work day shifts, night shifts and alternative weekends as and when required

Experience working in a care home as a care assistant is required for these roles

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

Companionship – Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement

Personal care – Supporting with wash bath or shower and dressing and oral care

Medication – Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams

Meals – Supporting with healthy meals, snacks and beverages

Domestic tasks – Light cleaning tasks

Mobility – Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility

Social activities – Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
