Yarnley House opened its doors in Autumn 2024 and has quickly become a warm, welcoming home for its residents across Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care. Our modern, purpose-built home combines comfort, innovation, and community, supporting up to 72 residents. What truly makes Yarnley House special is our people and we're looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team.

Your Role Will Centre Around Real, Human Care

Supporting residents with personal care, mobility and daily routines

Offering companionship, reassurance and a listening ear

Helping residents enjoy meals, activities and meaningful moments

Working alongside nurses, colleagues and families to deliver truly person-centred care

Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times

No two days will be the same but every day, you'll know your work matters.

Passionate about supporting older people with dignity and respect

If you have a Level 2 in Health & Social Care, great. If not, we'll support you to work towards it.
