Healthcare Assistant (Nights)

Hours: 36 hrs per week

Rate: £12.40 per hour

ResponsibilitiesThe duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Residents are individuals who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include supporting personal care needs, assisting with activities that promote health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Enablement workers to achieve resident outcomes and collaborate with NHS professionals as part of partnership working.

Qualifications & RequirementsWe do not require specific qualifications, but we value applicants who demonstrate our core values: humility, accountability, achievement, passion and integrity. A qualification in health and social care or a willingness to obtain one will be considered. All positions require an Enhanced DBS check relating to children and adults.
