We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Sleaford area.You'll be providing care and support to our clients whose individual needs may include:TracheostomyEpilepsyPEG FeedVentilationMedication administrationOxygenSuctioningPersonal CareCough AssistBehaviour ManagementAutismYou will be supporting children, young people and adults with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much needed support and respite.Guaranteed hours are also available.We have full‐time and part‐time roles available covering 7am to 2pm or 3pm to 10pm.We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction program, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.We believe that homecare is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment.
