Fleet Valley Care Home, located on the edge of the charming rural town of Gatehouse of Fleet, is thoughtfully designed to support small group living and a true sense of community. We provide high-quality nursing care and comfortable accommodation for up to 43 residents, all within a warm and supportive environment that feels like home. RoleCare Assistant Contract

Type: Full-time care assistant role with shift patterns as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing

Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care

Help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and residents feel cared for

Work as part of a supportive team with training, guidance and ongoing development

Willingness to learn and develop

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential

SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards
