Health Care Assistant – Dependent Visa or Graduate VisaLocation: Care Homes and Home Care Settings

Position SummaryWe are seeking a caring and dependable Healthcare Assistant to serve people living in care homes and home care. This is a compensated full‐time position for individuals passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others. Training will be offered to suitable candidates.

A valid UK driving licence to enable travel between care facilities.

Main responsibilities:

Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Assist residents with mobility and safe transfers

Help with meal prep and feeding.

Offer companionship and emotional support

Administer medication as per care plans (training provided)

Keep proper care records and documentation

Report and record changes in health or behaviour

Support programs to encourage social participation

Keep health and safety compliance

Requirements:

Training provided; care experience desirable but not required

Good English communication abilities – oral and written

Basic IT abilities for maintaining records

Compassionate, patient and able to work as part of a team

Graduate or Dependant Visa – right to work full time in the UK
