What You'll Receive

Weekday Pay: £14.80 – £16.59 per hour (including holiday pay)

Weekend Pay: £15.30 – £17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)

Paid Training: 2 weeks + shadowing (£230)

Mileage Allowance: £0.35 per mile

Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays

Your Role as a Care AssistantAs a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and medication support

Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks

Supporting clients to stay active, safe, and engaged

Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social outings

Driving to clients' homes across the Fareham area to deliver care and support

This is a community-based role, so being able to travel between clients is essential.

What We're Looking For

Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends

Minimum of 25 hours per week

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature.
