We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge, helping to oversee and deliver high‐quality support.You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands‐on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly.This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.About the people you'll be supporting You'll be supporting three female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home‐based activities.Your role is to help them live safe, happy and meaningful lives, while ensuring their care is consistent, person‐centred and of the highest quality.Working details Semington Trowbridge.
