Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Executive
SALARY: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (Salary Review after 6 Months) + Benefits
LOCATION: Solihull, West Midlands (100% Office Based)
JOB TYPE: Flexible. Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time Hours will also be considered for the right candidate)
Job OverviewWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Executive to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation in its sector. This role offers hands‐on exposure to campaign management, content creation, and marketing administration.
As a Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Executive you will support a range of marketing activities including email marketing, CRM system updates, and digital content development using tools such as Canva and AI platforms.
The Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Executive will work closely with internal teams, contributing to business development initiatives and ensuring marketing materials are engaging and up to date.

Duties
Campaign Support: Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns
CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM systems including data entry and contact managementEmail Marketing: Support email campaigns and manage distribution lists
Content Creation: Design marketing materials using Canva and AI tools
Website Updates: Help maintain and update website content
Marketing Materials: Coordinate brochures, case studies, and promotional content
Media Content: Create content using images, video, and existing media libraries
Site Visits: Capture photos and video content on‐site for marketing use
Administration: Provide general marketing and office support
Candidate RequirementsEssential
Organisation Skills: Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication abilities
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Canva Experience: Experience creating marketing materials using Canva
AI Tools Knowledge: Interest in using AI tools for content creation and research
Content Capture: Comfortable capturing photos and video content
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Teamwork: Positive and proactive approach with willingness to learn
Desirable
CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Project Tools: Experience using Monday.com or similar platforms
Creative Skills: Basic photography, videography, and editing skills
Industry Interest: Interest in marketing, business development, or construction sectors
