This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home. You'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve, assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. You could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Person SpecificationQualifications

To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.
