OverviewIntegrated Placement of Care Team (IPOCH) seeks an enthusiastic individual with a passion for teaching and supporting others, sharing knowledge and experience within the community setting.
Responsibilities
Support unregistered staff across CCICP geographical locations, developing clinical skills, shadowing staff to undertake assessments.
Lead, design, and deliver educational programmes, including clinical skills lab training, classroom based training, and assessments in practice.
Provide direct patient care within the community setting.
Manage a team of Band 4 trainers in assisting training delivery and implementation.
Promote development of new and current unregistered staff to improve skills and competencies for high‐quality care in patients' homes.
Support clinical practice, including workbook updating and marking.
Qualifications
A professional Registration essential for undertaking this role.
Effectively communicate and work in evidence‐based practice, adhering to local and national policies.
