Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Manningtree and surrounding areas. You'll be supporting our mission to transform social care and help more people live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you'll be assessing individuals who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness and ensuring the correct care plans are put in place. This vital service enables people to leave hospital sooner and helps reduce pressure on the NHS.You'll be travelling across the region — including Manningtree, Tendering, Harwich, Frinton, Walton-on-the-Naze, and nearby areas — to provide post-hospital care to those recovering from illness or injury.Are you kind, a people person, and passionate about making a difference?
