Salary:
£13.75 p/h on weekdays (£13.50 p/h during probation)
£14.75 p/h on weekends (£14.50 p/h during probation)
£20.63 p/h on bank holidays (£20.25 p/h during probation)

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition
Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship or visa transfer
A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to follow care plans
Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
