Contract DetailsContract type: Permanent – Full Time, 42 hours per week (average).

Working pattern: days on a rolling rota of 3 consecutive days on and 3 consecutive days off (8am to 8pm).

Position OverviewWe are looking for a Care Assistant to help our residents with a range of tasks, including:

Personal care

Companionship

Meal preparation

Mobility assistance

Keeping care records up to date

We would like our Care Assistant to have a real passion for care, to build solid relationships with residents, and to be empathetic, respectful, self‐motivated and flexible. You should be a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile, enabling residents to lead fulfilled lives. No prior experience is needed – we will provide all training required to excel in this role.
