Job description
About the RoleBank Care Assistant – casual, part‐time with flexible working. You will assist residents with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share memorable moments. Your duties may include helping with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident receives one‐to‐one time. The position offers varied, rewarding work in a caring environment.
The hours and days you work will vary to cover annual leave or sick leave as needed.
About You
Some experience caring for older people.
A can‐do attitude and excellent communication skills.
Empathy and a warm‐hearted approach to deliver the highest standard of care.
