Pay Rates£15.00 - £16.00 per hour (package dependent)

Hours of work: 08:00-20:00 // 20:00-08:00 (days and waking nights)

About the RoleWe're looking for Care Assistants in Braintree, Essex to provide complex care and support tailored to our clients in the area. You'll make a real difference by helping people retain independence while receiving the specialist care they need.

About YouHere are your responsibilities:

Personal care and daily living support

Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking

Administering medication (training provided)

Supporting with clinical tasks such as Bowel Care

Offering companionship and emotional support

What We're Looking For

At least 6 months' UK care experience

Previous complex care experience (e.g. Spinal Injury)

A full UK Driving Licence preferred

A caring, compassionate attitude and good level of English

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK

We do not currently hold any sponsorship licenses.
