Overview Emerson Park is a luxurious Care Village situated in Hextable, near Swanley. This care village comprises 47 independent living apartments as well as an 85 bedded nursing, residential and dementia care home. We are a Top 20 Care Home group for 2025 and were awarded one of the UK's Best Companies To Work For.Role Care Assistant – Bank/Ad-hoc hoursResponsibilities Provide care for residential and dementia residents on an "as and when" basis to cover annual leave and adhoc sickness. Rotas are planned in advance with notice of days/weeks to be covered, including day and/or night shifts.Support residents to promote choice, individuality and independence; work as part of a close-knit team.Qualifications Physically and medically able to carry out duties with or without assistive aidsNVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications; willingness to attend training if not heldTeam player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptableAbility to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressureAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingBenefits £13.17 per hour – plus company benefitsBank contract
