About The RoleVivienne Westwood is looking for an Archive – Heritage and Fashion Editor Intern to join our team based in the Elcho Street Office in Battersea. This position is offered on a full‐time basis for 3 months, at £14.80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration.
Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS system.
Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system.
Assist with labelling, re‐housing and cataloguing garments and accessories.
Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and coordination.
Support the Fashion Editing team with set‐up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days.
Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.
Any other ad hoc tasks required.

Profile & Key Skills
Knowledge and previous experience with Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics Samples) preferred.
Knowledge of Outlook emailing systems and Excel desirable.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes.
Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self‐motivated.
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
