Infrastructure Asset Management (Graduate, Consultant and Principal Level)

Job description

NRP is growing its Asset Management and Asset Intelligence capability and is looking for talented people to join our team at Principal, Consultant and Graduate levels. We work with infrastructure owners and public‐sector clients to deliver practical, data‐led asset management services, helping them make better decisions about how assets are planned, maintained and invested in over the long term.

What We Do

Asset management strategies and maturity assessments

Lifecycle planning and investment prioritisation

Data‐led decision support and asset intelligence

Integration of asset management systems, condition data and technology

Practical, evidence‐based advice that clients can actually use

Opportunities Across the Team(Highways & Transportation)

Lead delivery of major commissions and act as trusted advisors to clients

Play a key role in growing the business and shaping scalable services

Work closely with partners to strengthen data‐led and technology‐enabled capability

Build and develop high‐performing teams

Contribute to the future direction of NRP's Asset Management business

(Highways & Transportation)

Deliver asset management and asset intelligence services with real client impact

Work with asset data, systems and condition information to support decision‐making

Develop strong consulting discipline, managing time, quality and commercial delivery

Use digital tools, automation and emerging technologies to improve ways of working

Progress toward senior and principal roles within a supportive environment

(Highways & Transportation)

Curious about infrastructure, data and how decisions are really made

Keen to work on live projects with real clients from day one

Interested in asset management, systems, condition data and analytics

Looking for structured learning, mentoring and clear progression

Motivated to build a long‐term consulting career
