About the Team: The Enterprise Risk/Internal Audit team has a unique recruitment model, exclusively hiring newly qualified accountants for external positions. When a team member resigns or transitions to another department, they recruit at the Senior Auditor level, offering growth opportunities for existing team members.

Role Summary

Title: Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities: Financial audit, risk and controls, SOX audits, IT General controls, and advisory projects.

Audit Types: From wind turbines to car screws, deep‐sea welding equipment, heavy machinery to state‐of‐the‐art R&D.

Additional Information

Office Location: Windsor

Hybrid Working: Minimum three days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday are anchor days), flexible working hours

Benefits: Fuel card, free parking onsite, £54,000 base salary plus £6,000 car allowance (paid in cash with your salary on a monthly basis), discretionary 10% bonus

Pension: Matches your contribution plus 4% up to 11% (e.g., if you contribute 7%, they contribute 11%, totalling 18% pension contribution)

Travel: 50% - this includes local and international travel (Europe, UK, North & South America, Asia, and Oceania)

Candidate Profile

Newly qualified chartered accountant (ACA or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years of external audit experience, ideally with manufacturing or similar sector clients

Additional language skills (French or Spanish) are a plus

Must enjoy travel and be flexible to travel as needed

Must have UK RTW and hold a British or EU passport
