Overview Response is seeking a Bank Mental Health Support Worker to join Carramar, Morrell Crescent, Littlemore, Oxfordshire. The role involves providing person-centred support to residents with serious mental illness and related conditions. Hours: Part-Time, Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays; shifts mornings, evenings and weekends. Pay: £14.06–£15.19 per hour depending on experience.What You'll Be Doing Provide emotional support, encouragement and practical assistance to residents with daily living activities, including medication assistance, engaging in interests, accessing community groups, education, employment, budgeting, shopping, using public transport and cooking meals; support independent living and tenancy maintenance; promote independence and wellbeing; ensure safety through housing management, risk assessment and health and safety practices; liaise with health and mental health services; support residents to attend appointments; complete daily paperwork.
