About the RoleAs our Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline across our priority international markets, with a primary focus on EMEA and APJ. Reporting to the Director of International Campaigns, you will contribute to full-funnel campaign strategies from planning through execution-partnering with product marketing, content, SDRs, sales, digital and regional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.

What You Will Do

Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across priority buyer journeys for EMEA and APJ

Translate high-level GTM priorities into actionable campaign plans - including content strategy, audience segmentation, nurture, and follow-up motions

Help develop clear, measurable campaign goals that ladder up to pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue growth

Partner with content strategy and product marketing to refine messaging frameworks and ensure alignment across personas, segments, and funnel stages

Coordinate campaign syncs to drive alignment across functions (sales, SDRs, digital, content, regional teams), ensuring localisation and flawless execution across EMEA and APJ

Assist in campaign performance reporting and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and conversion

Contribute to innovation across marketing execution - testing new tactics, channels, or messaging to improve impact

Champion audience insights, using tools like 6sense, LinkedIn, and CRM data to inform targeting and messaging strategies

What You Need to Succeed

A minimum of 2-3 years of growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company

Proven experience driving full-funnel campaigns - from strategic planning to execution and reporting

Solid understanding of how to segment and engage complex audiences across different funnel stages

Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment

Excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling messaging and clearly articulate campaign impact

Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, Pardot and marketing AI tools

Passion for marketing and a mindset of continuous learning, testing, and optimization

Hands‐on experience using AI or automation tools to improve campaign performance or improve efficiency
