Band 3 Health Care Support Worker - Chest Clinic, St Woolos Hospital
"This role is currently under review within the Health Board and will result in the issuing of a revised band 3 job description. If appointed, your manager will ensure you are kept informed and support you through any changes, including discussing relevant training requirements."
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Worker who is able to work as part of a team and are also able to manage the running of Chest clinic at St Woolos with supervision. The successful candidate will provide support with undertaking clinical observations and other respiratory diagnostics and will support the nurse and consultant teams.
Main duties of the jobChest Clinic is a very busy outpatient unit based in St Woolos Hospital. The clinic provides outpatient care for patients with respiratory conditions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The willingness and ability to work in a constantly changing environment is also an essential requirement.
This post is fixed term 6 months from 1st April due to - meet the needs of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

£26,300 to £27,890 a year per annum pro rata
