The OpportunityWe're looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Leeds team as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, sales professionals, or individuals early in their careers who want to build a rewarding career in recruitment with strong earning potential and clear progression.

You'll learn how to run your own recruitment desk like a mini business, developing both commercial and people skills while building relationships with professionals across international markets.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Source and engage high-quality candidates

Conduct candidate interviews and assessments

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

Identify new business opportunities and support business development

Manage recruitment processes from start to finish

Develop expertise within specialist healthcare and scientific markets

Training & DevelopmentYou'll be supported by a structured onboarding programme, ongoing coaching, and a highly experienced team dedicated to helping you succeed.

You'll gain hands‐on experience in:

Interviewing and candidate assessment

Client engagement and relationship building

Running and managing your own recruitment desk
