Care Assistant (Nights)Location: 53 Buxton Lane, Caterham, Surrey, CR3 5HL.

Responsibilities

Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.

Providing personal care, social support and creating heart‐warming memories.

Ensuring residents' needs are met through the use of the electronic care platform "Nourish."

Working within a committed team.

Demonstrating positive caring values in all aspects of practice.

Performing any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for residents.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic about providing care.

Strong values and compassion for supporting people.

Experience is an advantage but not required; full support and training will be provided.

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.

Engages well with residents, supporting their continuing interests and positive experiences.

Benefits and Pay

Night shifts.

Full or part‐time contracts.

Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour.

Flexible hours: 22, 33 or 44 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available!).

Hours: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am.

28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (pro‐rata for part‐time contracts).
