Job SummaryAbbotswood Court is a 60‐bed residential care home located in Romsey, near Southampton. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable carers to support our residential and dementia residents.

Key Responsibilities

Support residents in daily living activities and care tasks

Promote choice, individuality and independence for all residents

Work as part of a close‐knit team, supporting each other

Participate in training and development opportunities

Qualifications

Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to attend if not.

Team player, self‐motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.

Ability to organise priorities and work under pressure.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation£13.05 per hour, full‐time 48 hours per week on day shifts, plus company benefits.
