Night Shift Position Night Shift Position on a 3 on 3 off rotation, 8pm to 8am.Role Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents—including personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals—and assist with daily living activities.Responsibilities Support residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene and meals).Assist with daily living activities and provide companionship.Offer comfort to distressed residents and provide end‐of‐life support when needed.Safeguarding All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You must be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.Training & Development All staff will receive safeguarding training and support to develop their skills.
