About The RoleYou will support people at home to live independently, empowering them to make their own choices and provide personal, physical and emotional care.

Responsibilities

Support people at home to live as independently as possible

Provide personal, physical, and emotional care

Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices

Travel to visits as required; driving is essential for the role

Use own vehicle and hold full UK driving licence

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability and willingness to travel to ensure high-quality care

Experience in social care or related field (preferred)

Additional InformationAll successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
