CAI (Creator Acquisition & Incubation) is a dedicated team focused on recruiting high-quality content creators and driving their growth at scale. Recognising that creators are central to the success of TikTok Shop, CAI prioritises strategies and solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of a large and diverse creator base.

By leveraging scalable programs, streamlined resources, and a supportive ecosystem, CAI empowers creators to succeed collectively and contributes to the broader growth of the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‐term projects that provide a glimpse of professional real‐world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‐the‐job learning in a fast‐paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a three‐month internship period.

Responsibilities

Support the activation and incubation of e‐commerce creators in new markets, assisting in strategy formulation and backend configuration of creator operation tools.

Participate in creator community management, including campaign planning, community engagement, and incentive design to improve creator activity and growth.

Collaborate cross‐functionally to enhance creator experience and optimise overall operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently studying as an Undergraduate/Graduate student, able to commit to 20 hours per week for over four months.

Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Proactive, adaptable to quick changes, and eager to learn in a fast‐paced environment.

Ability to think creatively, logically, and structurally.

Ability to support EU markets including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in content e‐commerce or creator operations.

Familiarity with creator ecosystems or community management.

Hands‐on experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency (e.g. Content generation, automation).
