Mobile Care Assistant – VacancyWe are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team. Applicants must have a valid full UK driving licence and a car.

Location: Across Wickersley & Surrounding Areas. A valid full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential to be considered for this role. Travel expenses covered, mileage paid at 43p per mile.

Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for evening and weekend hours.

Part‐time hours available per week on a rota basis that will include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends anytime between 7 am to 10 pm.

About the RoleThis is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You'll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services, including assistance with personal care, household tasks, companionship and wellbeing activities. You are also expected to maintain communal areas.

This is a mobile field‐based role that requires travel between our developments. Parking will be available at each site.

Key Responsibilities

Support individual homeowners with personalised care, including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.

Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.

Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard.

Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a care environment with a Level 2 Health and Social Care (desired, not essential).

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time‐management ability.

Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.

Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
