Customer Complaint Investigator

Responsibilities

Investigate Customer Complaints in accordance with standardised practices and in a timely manner, in an effort to identify potential root causes of reported defects.

Testing of returned and/or retained products and review of manufacturing records (DHR) where possible to enable confirmation or otherwise of reported defect.

Ensure all relevant systems and supporting records are maintained as evidence of a thorough investigation to the required level, and that investigation reports are recorded on the Trackwise system in a timely manner.

Support of Validation/Trial runs and MWOs in manufacturing to provide product testing support where required.

Provide support for internal audits, third party regulatory audits and customer complaints as required.

Provide a source of advice / knowledge on shift to manufacturing / technical associates on all matters relating to Customer Complaints.

Support the Quality Engineering team on reasonable requests as they may arise.

Support operational CI initiatives as required including documentation improvements.

Qualifications

Obtained GCSE Maths and English is essential.

Excellent PC knowledge and capability.

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

Proven working knowledge of MS Office and Minitab.

Experience in a quality / manufacturing role within a high volume medical device‐manufacturing controlled environment is a distinct advantage.

Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Salary Range : £27,600.00 - £42,075.00 GBP Annual
