Arborvitae Care ServicesResidential Support Worker

Location: Wythenshawe, with initial travel to Warrington for training.

Shifts: 24hr (10am-10am), 15hr (7:30am-10:30pm) & 9hr waking nights (10:30pm-07:30am). Contracts: Full Time, Bank.

Helping young people feel safe, supported and heard

Supporting daily life: meals, routines, activities, keeping the home running

Handling tough moments calmly and confidently

Multi agency working – social workers, CAMHS, LAC nurses

The essentials/desirables

Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (or willing to work towards it)

Willing to complete an enhanced DBS

A full UK Driving Licence (desirable)

Extra credit if you've got

Experience working with young people or residential care experience

Knowledge of the sector
