Job description

Healthcare Assistant for Care Home shifts in Winsfordre-vite Healthcare Solutions is looking for reliable and caring individuals to support residents in a care home in Winsford.

You will provide day-to-day support to elderly residents, including personal care, mobility, meals and companionship, helping them live with dignity and comfort.

Duties

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Moving and handling

Supporting meals and hydration

Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns

Completing basic care records

Providing companionship and support

Requirements

Caring, dependable and respectful attitude

Some care experience preferred but not essential

Good communication and teamwork
