The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee, but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present.
Manage stock, support with deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
Have fun while doing it all.
Qualifications & Experience
No previous experience required; only the right attitude and willingness to learn.
A genuine love for coffee and people.
A positive, can‐do attitude with plenty of personality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Confidence to lead by example.
Ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
