Role: Care Assistant

Pay: ££13.21 per hour

Hours: 34.5 Hours per week (includes alternate weekends) - Days OR Bank available

Your Role

Provide warm, person‐centred care for our residents

Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility

Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events

Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment

Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents' well‐being is always the top priority

Essential Criteria

Experience as a carer for older people

A kind, patient, and understanding nature

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

Excellent work ethic and flexibility
