Working with multi professional colleagues, and become part of an exciting Gynaecology team? working across sites as required gaining a vast knowledge base within this speciality. Experience in theatres is desirable but not essential. The trusts offers a wider variety of specialities including - Trauma and Orthopaedics, general, head and neck, Obstetrics, day surgery, vascular, Ophthalmology, urology, anaesthetics and recovery-We encourage career progression for all our staff and training will be given to facilitate development. Your peers, surgeons and senior staff will support you to learn new skills and to expand your practice

If you have skills, experience although, not essential and drive that we are looking for to join our friendly and supportive team, then University Hospitals Dorset theatres are the place for you.

This role can move to a band 3 on completion of their Care Certificate, competency objectives and after 9 months experience in the role. As part of the interview process you will be asked to complete a numeracy and literacy assessment.

Person SpecificationQualification

Willingness to undertake additional training and education in relation to theatre skills

Ability to work as a part of a busy team

Demonstrate ability to work in a busy environment and cope when the service is under pressure

Effective communication skills both written and verbal and non‐verbal

Good organisational skills
