Job Title – Community Care AssistantLocation – Dartford / KentHourly pay – £13.00 – £16.00We are now seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our professional care team in Dartford and help us continue setting the highest standards in home care.

The RoleYour responsibilities will include:

Delivering quality, person‐centred care tailored to individual needs

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming

Supporting with meal planning, preparation and nutrition

Providing medication support in line with care plans and best practice

Undertaking light domestic duties such as laundry, tidying and cleaning

Building trusted, consistent and positive relationships with the people you support

We're looking for:

Excellent communication skills

A full UK driver's licence and access to a car is preferred

You have the right to work in the UK (we do NOT offer any form of Sponsorship)

Experience is required for this role

Additional InformationIn line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
