Or are you an experience Care Assistant already and looking for a change in company?We are looking for new Care Assistant's to join our team and support our clients with all aspects of daily living!The role will include, but not be limited to:Personal careMedication supportMeal preparation and fluidsCompanionshipWe will provide all training, so no experience is no problem - our Care Skills Academy offers youindustry-leading training, mentoring, and qualifications to help you become an exceptional Care Assistant!Our visits are a minimum of 1 hour and you will always see regular clients, enabling you to build a good relationship with those you support.As a Care Assistant, we can offer you:£25.70 per hour on a bank holidayMileage and travel time between clients paid to you on top of the hourly rateSupport from a dedicated office team throughoutyour journey with usFree Blue Light Card for national discountsWellbeing Hub with resources on mental health, menopause, sleep, nutrition and moreRecognition and reward – because you care for our clients, and we care for you!What do we need from you?We need you to be aged 18 or over and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients.You will also need to be able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday)Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.
