We're recruiting on behalf of a premium serviced office provider in Central London, seeking a Temporary Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a great opportunity for a polished and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Location: Central London (Office-based)

Job Type: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5pm / 9am - 6pm

Salary: £19.23 - £21.63 plus performance-related bonus

Duration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily operation of the centre, ensuring adherence to established service standards and procedures

Maintain professional client relationships, supporting onboarding processes and ongoing service provision

Supervise on-site team members, providing guidance to ensure consistent performance and service delivery

Conduct client viewings and provide support in relation to occupancy levels and associated activity

Liaise with facilities providers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements

Oversee administrative functions, including billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Respond to client queries and issues in a structured and professional manner
