Scope of the roleThis is a rare opportunity for a graduate to join B2C2 and to assume trading responsibility within their first year.

You will learn from experienced traditional finance and crypto professionals with combined experience of 50+ years in the industry. We are a uniquely skilled team, covering both sell‐side OTC client flow with high‐frequency market making, with a range of product that keeps expanding. With the decline of sales & trading at traditional investment banks, this graduate position offers unbounded possibilities at one of the leading firms in fintech, the new face of finance.

Roles and responsibilities

Design, implement and support systems for managing Funding Desk portfolio - rates, liquidity, liquidation, credit, and delta risks

Work on end to end trading strategies pipeline: quantitative research, automation, optimal execution, reporting

Work closely with Trading, Research and Tech to ensure smooth 24/7 trading

Automate trading workflows to improve efficiency and risk management

Develop trade analytics tools to monitor execution quality and enhance performance

Requirements

Completed university degree in a numerical subject

Strong knowledge of an OOP language (Java and Python preferred) — to be assessed during the interview process

Excellent teamwork and communication skills - a demonstrated ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team

Ability to work in a fast‐paced fluid environment and handle pressure in such an environment

Ability to develop new skills and understand new market developments quickly

Mental curiosity to solve markets‐related problems

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong intuition for risk and opportunity

Demonstration of honesty, integrity, and good reputation

Highly determined individual, with an eagerness to learn
