Job summary1env Solutions are seeking a Entry Level Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be tasked with designing a range of personalised items, as envisioned by our customers. You will also assist with producing a range of design assets for marketing purposes, including photography and videography.

Job responsibilities

Provide an in-house branded product service for our customers, taking their design ideas from conception to production.

Manage personalisation requests from your email inbox.

Speak with customers via email or phone call regarding their order.

Assist the marketing team with producing photography, including product images and in-situation pictures.

Assist the marketing team with producing short and long form videos for social media, exhibitions and more.

Requirements

Competent understanding of Adobe Creative suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Strong written and communication skills, able to clearly speak via email to both customers and colleagues

Strong time management and organisational skills

Confidence to speak to customers over the phone

Willing learner, keen to take on new skills

Previous work experience not required

Driver's license not required
