Psychology Graduate

Job description

Want your first (or next) role to actually mean something? This charity role helps people with chronic pain and mobility conditions stay in work or return after time off. You'll support people whose health has knocked their confidence — and help them rebuild it. You'll be trained as a Health and Work Coach (including NHS‐accredited training and Dialog+ assessments), so it's a strong career launchpad.

You'll fit if you:

Have a degree in psychology, health, sports science or similar

Have supported vulnerable people before (paid or voluntary)

Care about helping people move forward

You'll manage around 25 participants. The office operates out of a really nice community work space (think balconies, breakout spaces, lots of other startups and charities, and a nice vibe). Participants receive free physio, gym access and structured employment support. You'll assess needs, build action plans, support job searching, liaise with employers and help overcome workplace barriers.

Must be currently London-based. With roles in Barnet, Harrow and Hillingdon.

The programme has been extended after a successful pilot. It's offered as a permanent contract, with strong continuation plans and efforts to redeploy if funding shifts.
